Just wanted to give a brief update. I know many of you have recently purchased the book on PA's online store (thank you, thank you). I think it may have said shipping within 24hours or something. The reality is, it probably will take a little longer.
Once the book goes through final proofing/editing, PA posts it live on their website and makes contact with the people on my list (you). It generally takes it a few days to weeks to actually go to the printer and then be shipped to you. This is why The Devil's Courthouse can not be purchased at Amazon or B&N yet (but it will be). Bookstores are a different matter. As a new writer, they may not stock my book on the shelf (although I feel certain it will be in Orangeburg and Asheville after the negotiations are complete). But you can go into any bookstore in the world and order it -- most just do it online. For those of you near my hometown I will also have have several copies for sale if you don't want to go through the hassle of ordering. At anytime, however, I will be more than happy to sign your copy of the book no matter how you got your hands on it. For my friends not so close by -- contact me here and I will send a signed bookplate that you can put in your copy. Other than that please know that I am actively working to get the novel to you as quickly as possible. Stay tuned and again thanks for your interest.

Unbeknown to me, PA has already sent out the release for my novel to my friends and relatives. Oh, well, here it comes...

It's done. After several months the novel has been finished and is waiting for you to read and enjoy. I hope you'll pick it up and let me know what you think.
